Daily Training- 3/31/2012

Ippo Prepares for Miyata

Today was not really too bad with this workout. I am still getting back into the higher intensity, but I'm really enjoying the intervals and pushing myself. I really cannot wait to get into the later workouts to see how much I've improved, because I can already see a marked improvement in my movements, strength, and stamina. Although, I'm also supplementing the training with other workouts.
