  • Ippo's Basic Training
  • 10 Front Levers w/5# (Held DB on empty side)
  • 10 Side to Side Levers w/5#
  • 10 Reverse Levers w/5#
  • Gripping Jars- 2.5#/hand for 1 Minute
  • Wrist Curls- 30 Reps w/5#
  • Reverse Wrist Curls- 30 Reps w/5#
  • Twin Lock Training


  • Balance Kicking- 15 Each of Roundkick, Front kick, Side Kick, Hook Kick, Back Kick
  • Twin Lock Training
