Future Boy Conan (Submission)

Future boy Conan Workout (Original Submission)

Future boy conan is set in the year 2021...13 years after a nuclear war destroys the world. A spacecraft trying to escape the earth crash-lands on an island with a small boy.

Swimming skills:
Conan is a very good swimmer and fisher he can even out swim a shark.and hold his breath underwater for 10 minutes so every chance you get practice your swimming and holding your breath underwater. And if you don`t have a pool, lake, pond, etc used your bathtub and if your afraid that you will drown in a bathtub then just practicing holding your breath for as long as you can

if you need help use this as a reference: http://www.ehow.com/how_2062129_hold-breath-longer.html

Handstands Practice: Conan is also good at walking on his hands and even running on them for 30 minutes a day practice your handstands this will give you a strong upperbody and improve your circulatory system

Exceptional Toe strength: One thing that separates conan from many other anime characters is his stronger than average toes He can even hang off a ledge with them and hang on to a flying plain Of course know one is expecting you to get that strong but it does make since to train them as much as possible.(Sorry steve don`t really know how to train toes but if you can please add some

Running: Conan loves to run and race and has actually gotten pretty good at it i know alot of workouts have running but its always good to have a cardio workout in your routine so run everyday until you can`t run anymore as long is its cardio

Above-average strength:Again!!know one is telling you to be superman but conan is strong enough to the point where he can carry a full grown shark and survive a 100 ft fall So whenever you can whether its a baby back ride or pulling train with your balls get out there and get strong If you lift weights that would be perfect

I tried not to get too specific, since the original submission was more a guide. I've been meaning to get to this submission for a while. In general, if you followed a guideline of fitness like this, you would be in a pretty decent all-around shape. This was submitted by blackeroni on YouTube.

Thanks for the submission! If you have a submission, be sure to email us at realanimetraining@gmail.com or send us a message on YouTube.

Super Mario Workout (Submission)

You guys can thank Blackeroni on YouTube for this one. I'm going to post his exact workout and then my modified version, so you can pick which one you'd like to do.

Super Mario Workout (Submission Version)

  1. Running- 6 Minutes
  2. Jump Squats- 3 x 10 Reps
  3. Jumping over obstacles- 10 Minutes
  4. Gymnastics Training- 30 Minutes
Notes:
  • On the run, you should be going full speed. You've only got six minutes to go as far as you possibly can, so get moving!
  • These can be any version of jump squat you like- sumo, conventional, hindu... whatever. Rest for 30 seconds in between sets.
  • For jumping over obstacles, you can use bricks, buckets, stairs, boxes or whatever. You want to push yourself, but don't try something so tall or long that you can't make the jump and end up hurting yourself. You can try static jumps from standing or you can get a running start. Just practice jumping over things.
  • For gymnastics training, if you have access to a gymnastics facility, use it. However, if you do not, please use mats if you are going to be flipping around. Broken necks don't heal quickly...

Super Mario Workout (Real Anime Training Version)

1. As many rounds in 6 minutes as possible
-Sprint 100 Yards
-10 High Jump Squats

Rest 5 Minutes

2. 21-15-9 Reps
-24" Box Jumps
-Sledgehammer Swings to tire

Rest 5 Minutes

3. Jump and Pull Climb- 5 Minutes
4. Practice Gymnastics- 10 Minutes

Notes:
  • This is designed to be relatively intense for the time period you are doing it.
  • We've covered high jump squats, box jumps, and sledgehammer stuff previously.
  • For Jump and Pull Climb, you'll need to have a wall or small structure that you can jump and pull your self onto. It's essentially like in Mario 64, when you have to jump and climb on obstacles. You'll climb onto the obstacle, climb back down, and repeat for the time limit.
  • See the other versions notes for gymnastics practice.

That's all for today! Until next time, good luck and train hard!

One Piece: Sanji's Training

So, yeah, I probably should have started with Luffy, but I was prompted to even start doing One Piece workouts by one of our readers: Rtardx on YouTube. This workout is actually developed mostly by him, I just modified it.  So, if any of you other's have ideas for anime workouts for anime I haven't covered, be sure to send me an email at realanimetraining@gmail.com or shoot me a message on YouTube.

Notes:

  • Still do the Real Anime Training Warm-up and Stretching Routine with this.
  • For high knees, it's a lot like doing them during the Real Anime Training Workout, but you are moving forward.
  • Double kicks are any combination of two kicks on the same leg or one on each. Doesn't matter, be inventive.
  • Kicking can be done in the air, on a heavy bag, or pads.
  • These two workouts can be pretty tough, so take your time and scale it back if you need to.
  • The exercises were not originally broken into rounds like this, but I modified it this way for extra cardiovascular training.

That's all for today. Thanks for your patience, recently, guys!  Thanks to all of our readers and a special thanks to Rtardx from YouTube!!

Until next time, good luck and train hard!!
