Daily Training- 3/29/2012

Throughout the day, random Twin Lock and Diamond Finger Training.

Starting the Journey- Level 1
30 Knuckle Push-ups

I am pretty sore after the last three days of training, so I thought I'd use today as a day to recover and work on some non-muscular training. Back to the grind tomorrow and on Saturday.
