  1. 16 Tire Flips
  2. 10 Sledgehammer Swings (per side)
  3. 1 Minute of Sprint 20 Yards/Jog 20 Yards
--5 Rounds, then

15 Minutes Sparring



Glad to have such a good training day. Hopefully there will be more of these in the near future.
