Edits- 3/31/2012

I added neck work to the majority of the Hajime no Ippo workouts, just because I realized that Ippo was still probably continuing to do it and it would be pointless to build it up at the beginning of your training and then slack off for several months. So... yeah. My bad.

Also, on Shinogi Kureha's Power Workout, I added some weightlifting, so that workout just got a lot more fun.
