4 Back-to-Back Tabata (20 sec on/10sec off for 8 rounds x 4= 32 Total Rounds)

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Burpees


Notes: 
  • I think it goes without saying that the burpees kicked my ass after the other stuff.
