Daily Training Update- 1/11/11

1. 400 push-ups broken up into various sets and types during a 2-Hour period.
2. Random Twin Lock Training


  • This was good just to mix it up today.
  • Did wide, diamond, shoulder-width, fingers facing out, and on the back of hands.
