Notes:
- As you can see, there's not anything special here, but they say that the simplest training methods are the most effective.
- When you are running, you can pick any distance in between 3 to 5 miles. If you are feeling sore, lower the distance and/or pace, but if you're fresh, you can up the distance and/or pace.
- On your weightlifting exercises, make sure the 15th rep is the last rep you can do.
- Try to rest approximately 30-60 seconds in between sets.
That's all for today! Until next time, good luck and train hard!

Hey I requested some of these before but why not again? How about doing your HnI character based workout again (Volg,Kimura for Mashiba)
or possibly a TKD based workout for people beyond the valkyrie's training level?
@ad98 Yeah, definitely. I'd be happy to do more Ippo workouts. Also, what do you mean beyond Valkyrie's training level?
I meant a more difficult TKD based workout than the Kisara ones
I certainly can, but the Kisara workouts are pretty damned rough as-is, in my opinion (at least the upper levels).
Hmmmm. Thats a thought. make some workouts as insane as the anime workouts themselves. It'd need a disclaimer though
