Naruto Ninja Movement 2.0- Workout #4

1. 30 Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats
2. Running- 10 Minutes
3. 30 Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats
4. Climbing Trees- 10 Minutes
5. 30 Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats
6. Free Running- 10 Minutes
7. 30 Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats
8. Climbing Trees- 10 Minutes
9. 30 Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, and Pull-ups

If you guys don't know anything about parkour or free running, be sure to look it up and go easy if it's your first time. Don't do anything beyond your skill level and always stay safe.
