roshi on steroids. i left a comment on it all ready saying that i liked it. i like it because its very similar to the real workout and because its tough. you said that it kind of asumes that you spend your whole day training......And i do!So its perfect for me!!!! i also like gokus gravity training, because its short, high intensity and quite fun to compete with your self. thanks alot for all your post, these are my favourites but all of your workouts are great. (i've tried them all)
