Real Anime Training is dedicated to showing the training techniques for martial arts and strength in both anime and manga and explaining their real-world applications. It also seeks to separate fact from fiction regarding training and martial arts.
In the upcoming weeks, the Dragonball training will be coming, as will the Shura no Toki (Chiense's kind of busy ATM, but he should have it up soon), but what I'm most excited about is the posting of the "before" and "after" pictures of the first stages of the Dragonball training. Aside from that, I'm also excited about all the videos and podcasts on the way. I'm currently working on our website and will try to have it up and running as soon as possible. In the beginning, we will have our blog posts on it, any completed training manuals, and weekly updates of videos. But, believe me, there is so much more on the way.
I was thinking the other day about the kind of training that Grandpa Gohan would've put Goku through in his early years and that it might be an interesting subject for a workout. Grandpa Gohan was trained by Master Roshi, so obviously that training method it burned in his body, but I doubt he did anything quite as vicious with Goku, because the little tailed warrior is plainly surprised by the ferocity of Master Roshi's training.
So, I took a look at some of the things you see Goku doing in the first episode of Dragonball and I thought about some other things a young man living (alone) on a mountain may have to do and this is what I came up with. Check it out and consider supporting our work!
