For he shoveling, you can use a heavy ended sledge hammer or a long weight lifting bar with 1 plate on only one end and mimic the movements of shoveling, the upward scooping swing from the ground to either one side or all the way behind you. Log rolling, if your using yor arms and back, you can just use a closed up heavy back and keep on flipping it length wise (as oppose to rolling it on the ground on its side),Monochromenoreply@blogger.com
